hmm acty my main purpose of cuming online was to reflect on today's xyz activity day. yup so i shall make the intro brief.

morning reached school... only like yuanting, huiting and angela were there. den me angela and yuanting went to gate to welcum the rest.. den xiaoting and kaiying came. den the rest of the sec4s are dead late. *

yup den perpare for stations, icebreakers*
den icebreakers.. start of station games.. the ferst round went on okily.. uh-huh. den i went to plant clues with gavin.  den second round was blah! lunch was blah! but uckily got seniors come lar.. *

after lunch amazing race. it was blah* too.. the huanted house station i was at too was blah* but i had abit of fun.. cuz was same station as xt..

debriefing was yup ok..

on the whole was very pleased with the performance of the juniors.. but not with the organising ppl la. .as in the sec4s.*

ok here are my thots..

basically i think this whole thing is an event close to a flop. well, even thou the seniors said it was good effort. oh yeah.

ferstly, not everyone had their hearts into it. lets take a look at what happened during the day:
-why were most of the sec4s late?
watching euro cup wasn a valid reason. if ppl had the xin1 (heart) to cum..of cuz they'd make the effort to wake earlier.

-preparation was slow.. for the icebreakers.
mebbe they all no experience so nvm. .but oso shows that got no initiative.. blah blah.. but xt sae got ppl zhu dong heelp her.. so it was good.

-the second round of icebreakers was dragged.
ok i know its not clara's fault la.. just learn from experience lorh.. just make do with wadeva u haf. if the ppl wanted everything to go smoothly (like me, i wanted to prove chinyong totally WRONG that the whole event would not drag)..den it wouldn drag. haiz, i was too full of confidence that the plan would not drag. mebbe i over estimated the ppl. afterall i had higher expectations, but anyway im in no position to say anything lorh..

-LUNCH was late late late…
since it was decided earlier in the week that primero was one of those in charge of buying lunch, he shud take the initiative to ASK when to buy lunch and go and buy.. rather than wait for me to tell him to go. Besides when the instruction was passed down for him to go and buy lunch, he dragged for another 30min before going, thus causing our whole schedule to be dragged back. Anyway, thank you lynn for going to buy lunch in liuyun;s place. This mistake was the biggest one of the day. Argh.

-amazing race was flop la..
but its no one’s fault. I did anticipate that there would be overlaps.. but I din expect chinyong’s story telling to be that short! Geez.. and certain teams din follow instructions (ok, mebbe there wasn any instructions).. den its oso becoz we r short of man power lorh.. there could haf been angels, if notfor the manpower shortage problem..

basically whole day activity was kinda fine… ACTY just that I haf higher expectations of the whole thing. . realized the benefits of being in the PSL com..been planning station games for 3 years..and station games are not supposed to be dragged! I feel so useless.. this is quite a flop… wad an insult. But anyway, ppl dun really noe is I plan one right? Haiz.. just that I nv open my mouth to shout at them or give them instructions..true, gavin worked hard.. but this is his job. It wasn mine.. I din even noe when did it become MY job. So I should get double credit and I din even get any. Ok, xt said shi bi shou geng you fu.. agreed.

on the whole still quite well done. Good job to all the sec4s. I do hope that our efforts(?) are being appreciated and it has really achieved its purpose. Just hope that u all get the experience..den we wun make similar mistakes the next time..

next time (if there is one), the planning should start earlier.. then sum pple wun haf to slog like slaves to do it.. I mean gavin.. yup. Den time is the most imp factor. Haiz.. talk abt time reminds me of the station games.. forget it. Yup..had a good time working with u ppl..

finally, thanks the seniors who came back.. yexiang, wangui, Sharon, huiqi, jiamin, jieying and Lydia. Oh yah! Weixun.. he just came in to pass food? Haha shud haf stayed mah. Thanks for the chocs.. and Lays.. and blah blah blah..

a reflection on myself..anyway not to bhb, just feel that I already put in my best to make everything run smoothly.Many years of rotations experience made me able to plan the rotations preoperly.

Uhhuh.. station games.. one mistake I made was to put the towel game at the field.. it was so muddy and dirty and poor clara had to get bullied by the juniors.

Choosing CO room for Haunted House was a bad choice. Many of dem were familiar with the co room, so they were not scared. Besides, CO room was the ctrl room, so the bags left inside was difficult to access la..

time and certain factors din permit me to sae wad I planned to say. If there was more briefing, the sec4s would be clearer on wad they shud do..

after everything, after debriefing, had this express nei zheng meeting..den took bus and train with xt, simin and sophia.Hmmm.. many a times I always say wad I dun mean. I mad it pretty obvious that I wanted to pei u go home right?.. geez..

anyway ya, on the train.. den quite nice. Further udst the gurl lorh.. hmm. But the prob is not settled yet la. Mebbe is that im hogging onto it when she’s already let go. I feel uncomfortable just looking at her when she talks.. outside I may seem hard, but inside, I really care for her u noe. Had this sense to protect her frm the cold she was feeling inside the co room.. den making sure that she doesn lose balance in the crowded mrt.. this email I read said that ppl who always protect ppl needs protection. Am I one?.. ppl who alwys help ppl needs help..Am I one? But the feeling really cums deep frm my heart. If I want to be nice to a person.. I’d go out all e way.. unless its not too guo fen la.. and of cuz the person cannot take advantage! i feel so good.. like i've just did a great thing.. shall quote "shi bi shou geng you fu" and i certainly feel very xin fu now!
