it blogging time :)
i had a really tiring day today. the recce for the amazing race for sec3 locations. we had a car. and we were so tired. omg.
i was like the last one to reach dhs..at 7.10am see la. too long in hc. too long mess with ppl who r late. now go with dhs ppl become i late. miss ling, mr yeo, ms june loh (or issit mrs tan! lol), mr ang, gavin, dihua and me set out in mr ang's big car..
went lotsa places =X ferst quite fun de. ate breakkie.. fun la. with the teachers =) den slowly...time got draggy...me and ms loh sit the last two back seats ah. so sleepy..squeezy..yawns. and brain so fried from thinking of ideas blah blah.
and guess wad?!?! omg. i closed mr ang's car door. it became a slam. i duno how u dun ask me. went down to eat. came back and the car window was open! turn out the slamming made the window die. omg. i feel so bad ymy. throughout the rest of the journey the window kept sliding down and poor dihua had to keep sliding it up =X
ate lunch and made our way to dhs le. the whole trip hear teachers talk, gossip.. tell you student's council in dhs sound so fun. they got fun and young teachers that wun b off different frequency for them. seriously, quite envy those SC la. imagine how anti we were to the proposal then.. dhs can focus on only one student body which is the sc. they have trips, organise fun stuff and are mentored by nice teachers. argh. if only i was born later.
teachers do read blogs. they go search for blogs! really not enuff hw to mark la. times are different le la..mayb they do keep blogs! heh.
ms loh is really nice n interesting la. mr tan is so lucky. lol.
ms ling is like the only an best thinker in the group. she thinks but cant do. mr ang doesnt think but can execute. how complementary.
mr ang's like a nice guy. lucky his family members.
back to dhs. all of us were super tired. but had no choice, me dihua n gavin begged the counselling room key and went there discuss further. PW is useful. it is useful in teaching me that meetings are useless. only little ppl meet then useful la ok. this meeting was quite productive, only 3 ppl compared to the past few many ppl meetings.
on the bus home, couldn sleep =X despite being exceptionally tired. my brain too occupied with stuff le.
i think this experience (planning amazing race) will b super memorable. doing something for your school, working closely with the teachers, learning more about singapore myself..and honing my planning skills. was telling gavin. a few yrs really makes a difference. if i were a sec2 kid planning this thing. i'd b so much more enthu la..compared to now. a little bit oso tired. jus dat few yrs makes a diff..im getting old. omg. however, if were sec2..i wouldn b able to prempt problems as i can do now. i wun be able to accept changes..super inflexible. (as wad miss ling told me dat time whn i was in sec3).. i guess, we learn as we grow, we get exposed to more n more things n we get to do wad we cant do when we were young. seize the opportunity now to do wad u can do..else next time surely regret de.
i forsee the next few weeks being busy again, filled with stuff.. meeetings, meetings and more meetings. i regret it if i ever miss any trainings or practices. i'll jus try my best.
gavin says he like dhs more n more. when he was still in he disliked it. ironic. dats why we should jus treasure wad we currently have. being in dhspsl n dhsco has given me alot of opportunities in dunman high, i think gavin should feel the same way too :)
