last monday was a welcomed rest- granted to us by haoxia, guess he wants us to prep for more and tougher trainings. wednesday's 3x 1000m was bad for me :( guess it will take very long for me to climb back up, but of course, i certainly feel comforted by the wee fact that im improving by a teeny weeny bit each week. i wish i could be more stubborn and ignore everyone else progressing around me and do things my way.
17th's wangui's bdae. happy twenty-ferst!
thursday and friday was quite fun. went to support netballers and bballers. whee. netball match was so super excitin! oh and i saw chrystal at bball match cus she supportin vj vs rj gurls =D
im back on a k2 with wenqi. i din know of the news until training was going to start la. but by that time, i was thinking. and thinking. so many what ifs and concerns. i cant help tilting the boat! i dunno why. everyone i took with says so. except for leilei's who's overwhelmed by the first time we took k2 together. ooh i like our team jacket lots.
saturday training! quite fun, cus haoxia kinda released the program bit-by-bit.. did 2k+power stroke 2k+ 10 on off 4k+ 500x2 + 250x3. plus there was this exciting clapping hands formation..i was going to die by 100 claps, but i din want to be the one to say stop! so we clapped on..till 600! gosh what more can we achieve when the team holds strong? i also realised in today's training that mental strength can work wonders ;) its back to the adam road-going days!
sunday's tuition is always okay with yingxia around. oh yes i havent talked abt her ezlink foto yet? its SO adorable! heh. evening was dinner for grandad's bdae celeb! i ate lots ;) actually my realised my cousins are years older than me la. the youngest older than me is five yrs older, tall, handsome...got a pretty gf sommore. the oldest is working for a bank! and the 2nd oldest is going to be a deputy public prosecutor. her hard work taking part time courses really paid off :) im so proud of her!
YES! i swore to finish all my hw and not to lag. and i did it! im so proud of myself. its time to take a break!
monday (yesterday)- i was talking to rina and asking her when the jacket will come. and instead, i said "blazer" .. wow guess the co thing's still in me huh. maybe i'll turn up at hcco concert, jus to accompany rina there. training yesterday was great. it was shuang to attempt to fight yourself for everything you do. well, i thought i improved again, but i cant help feelin a little desperate. looking at how the others were progressin. no, i din cry cus i thot i was lousy or the training was too tough. i dunno, its just do do do, and u feel you cannot and there it goes. but you stupidly continue pushing and doing again. so dumb. the same goes for the run. sigh. i think if the team starts crowding around you and telling you not to cry, i'll cry even more! its just this stupid. but i was proud of myself, for holding till the end and pushing myself this wee bit more- for improvement!
today. i decided to pon 5 periods of lectures in a row to take a break. i blog surfed for hours, googled dhsco and sent my reflections to haoxia. i feel damn bad now la. cus i forgot wangui's bdae month again! thot it was july or august.. and then yuwei told me its this month! i was like "shit." i hope she hurry reply my msg! gosh what a big mistake. sorry wangui!
as usual, school sucks. there's maths s today, so gotta stay till 7.30pm? that is if i have the determination to go for maths s..

7 more weeks to nationals!
