dis nice guy has been on my mind for e past week, egging me to put him on my blog. hah. and he's a sbs bus captain. last sunday, while i was waiting for 156 to go to dhs, this person brought a blind guy over to me, and told me to put hi onto e next bus that goes to the next bus stop. den i saw him running ffrantically across the road. it then dawned on me that this blind uncle missed his stop n e captain left his bus parking opposite to bring him over! mr nice guy rite?
had interviews on 25th, wed. was horrid! so scary n scary. i thought it went worse than the dsta one, which i felt i had no chance already.. and work was even worse! bad mood e whole day! left in a hurry at 6pm..everytime i leave at 6 means im in a horrible mood. hhe. but no worries, e moment i entered dad's car when he came to fetch me home from bus stop, i saw 2 letters- clearly, one was from dsta, e other was ntu. naturally, i reached for the dsta one first as i've been waiting for 1 week for their reply, when they usually reply within 2 days. and yayness! i got an offerrrr! despite the rounds of interviews that i thought i did horribly. but it was to do EE in nus/ntu. even so, its wonderful. im happy cus it was really out of my expectations, even though i banked all my hopes on it. the next letter, from ntu, was an offer to do double degree in biomedical sci n tcm! cool! wonder what's their intake this year, im one of e lucky few. and of cus, ive been waiting long for this reply too! but i have a big headache. gotta reply dsta by 9th may, even before nus gives me any squeak. its been troubling me ever since i read e letter. need good advice now.
thursday wasnt exactly a good day at work. everybody's all hot n agitated. pam, jean cus of payroll (it concerns my $, i decided to play smart to keep away, except for being cheeky..to ask pam if she needed supper. haha all my colleagues knew what it meant. usually pam would do payroll till wee hours of the morning. salute!) chief cus of india, and jamie n esther too. joey cus of rhino. yeu cus of icici. and i try to stay away from finance as much as possible. some ppl are really too naggy for my ears n heart to bear. ask shuhan. or maybe felicia. seriously ive never been so impatient n pissed before. but of course, suppressed due to my resepct for elders. urgh. month end! first time at work that im not doing invoicing! hurray! hippy! lol- left work early again..took last city round, with jean to meridien, before alighting at ntuc income to wait for shuhan n felicia to finish counting money. we'r going to the so called delicious dim sum place- victor's kitchen. really not bad la. i like e fried wanton. they told me about the movie saw. i think its very nice n juicy. from then on, ive been having the craving to watch it..
friday. finally! end of the week, i totally cant wait for e week to pass. its been horrible. ok la, ive been doing absolutely brainless stuff like layout for the new print...so im fine. as chief gets more agitated and moody, he shuts his room door, which gives me peace, as im using the macintosh computer outside his room.. sitting there, i can also laugh at how some ppl speak on the fone! gosh! and im nearer to fel n shuhan! hha. left early too! really bad week for me.
this week, started the yami yoghurt trend! first day i bought, jean bought after me together with agnes. second day, i went down, found out tht huiyi's working there! ahh. long time no see fren ;p jean, agnes, myself, shuhan n fel bought. third day, yen, sunesis, chief n a few others bought. fourth day, yeu, agnes n chief. i ate a jumbo cup myself! n huiyi always gives me lots! fifth day, i decided not to buy..besides, i dun see her at the counter. jamie bought a jumbo cup though. hah! yami yoghurt week. what new trend for the next week? hheh! i have a card chopped full with 12 chops, which entitles me to a free yami yoghurt! another card's left with 4 chops to go..lalala-
yesterday went out with parents, ate ampang young tau foo at sembawang. okay la, nothing fantastic. den went swimming at the club! got a kick outta it. and i wanna get tanner! i feel my arms growin n hardening though. hahaha! i see a tan line too :) hhe. at night, i watched SAW3! yayness. R21. its available online! tell ya, e brain operation part is way too cool!! she slits open the skin, creates a flap, and opened it, to reveal a bloody crater. after which, she 'vacuums' the blood out so as not to abscure her view. using a commercial drill, she drills 4 holes into the skull, and then followed by this cutter things that rotates about at top speed. finally, a hook to lift part of the skull out. never show the stitching though. sadly. overally quite disappointed. no more craving to watch e other 2 movies yet.
shicheng day! been waiting for so long for this day! eunos mrt has changed tonnes! now there's many many shops, including sweet talk and mr bean! been long time since i really been there.. used to go there for shangyin, as well as to take bus to peini's house. hhe. miss the days..me n gavin actually camped out at shangyin to help me practice for my comp..and my batch ppl over at shangyin, practicing kaoji songs together. those were the days..i was so worried about my lian xi qu! anyways, shicheng was fun..until afternoon after lunch. i started getting sleepy-zzz.
its back to work again tml! and i dun exactly look forward to it. i jus realised pub hol is on tue not thur! we'r going to msia! and im starting drivin lessons on wednesday. meeting benson tml after work, probably, to find out more about EE..and see if it really attracts me. i feel hesitant.
oh yes. they've all been asking my brother to go shicheng! not enuff ppl..but i also not enuff money!! i jus told my dad, n he said ur mum not making enough to cover, so now i one person have to cover.. i felt so bad, i din want to ask already. but ttk, wang, and shaodong and wangui...rrrrr! now i hope we can hurry hurry sell our house! not that i dun like my house, but i think can keep some $ when we downgrade. and another gd point abt taking e scholarshp, $ will not b a big big prob..my bro's num is 9756-2181, i think u shud call him directly. haha. i at e point whereby any further i will start feeling e heat.
okies. i shold go take a look at my spaces since jieying mentioned. finally found a topic to go ka cheow her today. and im happy i stole a little of her studyin time! bet she has no mood to study anyways. its her last paper! whee-
