arloe! its been long since i blogged compared to the past few days..lol. lemme do a recap..
wednesday- last day at work! quite slack. n happy =) was supposed to go out with ben, shuhan n christine for dinner, but e office ppl wanted to get me to eat, so i paiseh agreed. but they r so nice, i also feel bad to refuse. in e end i decided to buy donuts for my frens at counter to make up. hee. towards e end of the day, there was more work to do! decided to come the next day for awhile. i got pretty nice gifts i never ever expected to receive on my last day. two most expensive presents i have ever received in my life! one from jamie,jean,yeu n pam (they were e ones who really took care of me throughout my life at ducktours (office)..and whom i find extreme pleasure working/dining/talking/walking with them), one given to me by chief (bought by agnes), gues its from company. i really very glad la.. that im actually a little appreciated and my presence felt =) really will miss my colleagues. hope there will b gathering soon! cant seem to beable to thank them enuff for making me learn so much and enjoy so much. finally, freedom after 8 months of working. had dinner with pam, jamie, jean, yeu n pam @ tonkichi and then at swensens. at tonkichi i was feeling kinda akward cus i thot jamie was rushing n e food was really too expensive. i thought it was really nice of them..the youngest who was already 6 yrs older than me, to accompany and take the trouble to bring this small kid for dinner on her last day of work! i felt really touched. totally enjoyed myself this day.
thursday- wen to work at 8.15am, first time i felt so relaxed and able to go in early to start work. tried to complete jamie's tasks, handovers and collect e ASA card from kourin before meeting ben to go harbourfront to meet felicia. poor gal, she's sick. cable car-ed into sentosa..took ALOT of fotos! took sentosa luge n skyride, went to images, merlion, barely set foot into fort siloso and enjoyed e underwater world lots!! will trya go to fort siloso someday. hee. den went AMK to eat lunch before heading for the zoo to meet shuhan n christine. kinda disappointed with zoo as there wasnt alot to see and it just rained. besides, we were rshing for time since zoo closes at 6pm, when we only reached at 4.30pm! night safari was loads better, although i was really drifting to sleep on the tram. our guide for the 1st tram ride was really really good. reminds me of tham! hahaa. day ended with bus ride to amk, den home. poor felicia, hope she had a gd rest. aiming to borrow the card to go tiger live on wednesday!
friday- was SO tired from the previous day i woke up super late..around 10+ or 11? went shoppin for hall stuff from bugis to toapayoh to kovan. hee. ate kfc for dinner! yum yum. my diet plan has been ruined TOTALLY.
saturday- move in to hall time. dad helped to paint the walls. glad. room looks nice n cosy now=) went to eat at yusoff ishak house den went for orientation.. not so fun la. but found out that ee hiang, yanling n liying r staying there too! there's this cute indian guy from chennai called arkash, who is younger than us..hahah and a cambodia guy in my group..plus lotsa chinese n singaporeans. emily from 05s75 is here too. icebreakers..den had dance, tea den i siammed home! went home, was tired again. watched tv, used slimming belt, den dozed off while waiting for mum for dinner @ teck chye terrace (vegetarian food).. love e curry rice!
sunday- tuition in e morning =( den went lunch plus walk walk with family den wenta woodlands to watch movie cum walk walk cum dinner! this movie invisible target is SUPER nice. but i think the rating shudn b PG man. but yeah enjoyed it lots! ate lots today i feel uber uber guilty =( oh yeah, i borrowed HLM children's series to read. at least i know what the storyline is about. haha.
curently in hall room 3-223 alone. listening to TV, blogging and chatting. decided to hurry use the ipod nano lest it becomes outdated if i chucked it somewhere in my drawers. haha. hope its useful! k-ing with fels, shuhan, christine, ben n andy on wed! yayness. wanna meet them SOON. ciaos!
